David Deane Williams, 93, passed away at his residence on March 24, 2017 of complications from pneumonia.David was born in Chico, California on February 16, 1924 to Deane and Edith Williams.David was raised in Paradise until the family moved to Biggs in 1940 when he was 16 years old.
