Charles Edward Epperson passed away Monday, September 18, 2017 with his family by his side. Charles was born April 23, 1938 in Live Oak, California the son of the late George W. Epperson and Sarah A. Epperson.Charles attended grammar school in Live Oak where he was the yoyo champion.
