Donald Dosser, 86, passed away on December 30, 2017, in Oroville.Don was known as Mikey to his family. He was born in Yuba City on September 13, 1931 to S.A. And Alma Dosser. He was a Korean Veteran and worked for the City of Live Oak for 30 years, where he retired as Director of Public Works.
