Fred Brown expired (his term) on January 14, 2018 at the age of 88.He was born to Savery "Ben" and Helen Brown on June 25, 1929 in Oakland, California. When he was 12 years of age, Fred worked making ice cream for Blake Ice Cream in downtown Sacramento. This activity developed in him a lifelong love for working in refrigeration.
