On June 29, 2016 we lost Victor Santiago Angel at age 20 to a drowning accident. Born on July 10, 1995 in Oroville, California, Victor was a lifelong resident of Gridley, California except for the last seven months where he resided in Yuba City, California.He attended St. Isidore School and graduated in 2010, he then attended Yuba City High and graduated in 2014.
