A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the McLaughlin Gymnasium at Biggs High School, for Mel McLaughlin, 85, of Biggs, California. Mel passed away Monday, January 9, 2017, in Chico, California. He was born April 3, 1931, in Torrington, Wyoming. Mel was one of five children born to Harry and Esther McLaughlin.
